Having grown up in the heights, Vinnie's was a frequent Friday night dinner in our house. Their slices over the years have remained consistent and are near perfect in all aspects. When you get a slice in the restaurant, make sure to ask for it hot and it will be dripping with cheese. The sauce is homemade and the seasonings are just right. The crust is crispy yet floppy enough for a good fold.
Whenever I stop in, I usually grab two slices because they are just that good. I consider them among the best with Gino's Pizzeria, though the two are like comparing apples to oranges.
