Carmine's Pizza Factory - Brunswick at First St.

Let's start off by saying that Carmine's is my go to place. I don't normally order regular slices here because they have a bunch of specialty slices on display that include Margarita, Sicilian, Buffalo (my favorite), Barbeque/Ranch, Philly Cheese Steak, and Veggie. On occasion they also have what looks like a Chicken and Cheddar slice too.

I get the Buffalo and Margarita slices regularly. Their Buffalo slice is hands down the best in town. I've had a lot of Buffalo slices from other places, but Carmine's just does it right and it's really appealing to look at. It has mozzarella, buffalo sauce, blue cheese, and grilled chicken, where the wing sauce and blue cheese are swirled onto the pie after it has left the oven so the sauce is not dry. When the slice is re-heated, it turns into a melty and running mixture that you would expect when having buffalo wings doused in blue cheese. The crust is crispy, yet the slice is foldable and not too messy.

The Margarita slice is quite different than your typical Margarita (or Margherita for the picky folks.) It's a slice on their homemade crust where the cheese is on top of fresh garlic cloves and the sauce is on top of the cheese with fresh basil mixed in. It's got a great aroma of garlic and the taste is fantastic.

Not only are these slices great, but they are considerably cheap and the employees are extremely friendly. They are relocating in July to 8th and Brunswick in Hamilton Park.
